Alta Taberna Paco Meralgo belongs to the company CoRest-Slow Food. This group is chaired by Josep Olivé, whose experience, over two decades in the quality catering trade, was consolidated in 1984 with the opening of Restaurant L’Olivé, which also belongs to the Group, along with the Restaurant Enoteca Vinya-Roel, the Restaurante Barceloneta and the Restaurant Tuset, all located in the city of Barcelona.
